Haunted Halloween Weekend
(October 26-28, ages 12-16) Price: $150
Are you ready to be scared? This eight year tradition gets scarier each year! Spend the weekend hearing ghost stories we can’t tell during the summer. Hike through Mattimiro Woods in the dark, take on the Hatchet Lady, Shadow Man, and the Seventh Pledge, and face the ghosts in the lodge and Rowe Hall! Activities include pumpkin carving, a haunted evening tour of camp, and playing outdoors. Campers can be sure to get a good scare without being terrified. Transportation, games, food and pumpkins will be provided. Campers will arrive at camp on Friday evening and depart Sunday as braver souls.
Campers will stay in the lodge, which is heated year round and has separate accommodations for boys and girls.
AGQ Winter Leadership Weekend
(December 27-30, ages 13-16) Price: $200
Spend the last few days of 2007 playing games, working on group dynamics and helping to plan for next summer. This four day camp is designed to give older campers a leadership experience and let them offer ideas and suggestions for the upcoming camp year. It is a great opportunity for campers who want to become LITs or CITs to develop their leadership skills. Fun, games, fireside chats and winter adventures await you! Space is limited so sign up early!
